Finnish gingerbread cookies
Mel brought these back from Helsinki. They might not be the best looking biscuits in the world but they’re exceptional. Crisp with a nice but not overpowering ginger taste and decent quality chocolate. Could easily demolish the whole box in one go. 30 calories a biscuit or just under 900 a packet
